ABSTRACT

Education is a process of facilitating learning of knowledge, skill values and habits. Basically teaching must include two major components sending and receiving information. Ultimately a teacher tries his best to impart knowledge as the way he understood it. Teacher as a facilitator in teaching learning process and he try every day something new and innovating in his classroom. His innovative ideas make his teaching different to others. Propose of this paper to promote active learning strategy as an Innovative teaching and learning strategy. The main objective of this paper, to promote innovative and effective methods of teaching in classroom, best practices in teaching with students and accelerate teaching-learning process by way of promoting independent, critical and Creative thinking etc. Researcher thinks critically and analyzes all traditional teaching methods and Innovative teaching methods. After discussion all aspects researcher found that active learning strategy is the best option of Innovative teaching methods. School and college teacher can easily implement in their classroom and get positive result for learning. Conclusion of this paper, active learning strategy is more effective Innovative method during teaching learning process in classroom environment.

ABSTRACT

English is a mostly used language in today’s globalization that’s why English is mentioned global language. It is also taught at second language around the world especially in India. In India English is used as link language to link Interstate. It is evident that in India for the many decades people in general and students in particular are eager to speak English. The importance of speaking English is day by day increasing in today’s world of science and technology. So large of spoken English institutes has been established. Well known linguist RK bansal and JB Harrison in this concern says, several books are in the market for those who wish to improve their English pronunciation,, correct pattern of accent, rhythm and intonation son now it is become easy to learn to speak English it is evident that in 1940 and 90s the study of linguistic was not  part of syllabus.

ABSTRACT

The paper aims to highlight the importance of Minority Literature as an instrument of social transformation. Minority Literature can serve as a window to the world of minority community. It has the potential to enhance understanding among often conflicting cultures. The argument underscored in the present study will not only help one recognize the value of plurality and appreciate it but also realize ethnic diversity as a positive attribute that is indispensable for strengthening multicultural societies where coexistence is indispensable. The paper advocates considering majority and minority not as binaries but as complementary to each other.

ABSTRACT

To load and unload raw materials from one manufacturing stage to another, raw materials and products need to be transferred. To avoid defective products, detection or checking is necessary. We manufactured a mechatronics system (a prototype) based on ultrasonic sensors and programming. Using these sensors, we are checking three dimensions of an object in one pass i.e., simultaneously. In the end, the diverter separates the defected object and further transports it. Various design parameters like belt width, belt speed, belt pull, and motor selection are carried out as per the readings taken. The system has reached the requirement of dimensional checking and categorizing the objects.

ABSTRACT

Women empowerment is not a new concept it is quite a well-known concept in India and around the world. Women all over the world have been challenging and changing gender inequalities since begging of history. It is frequently said that the status and position of women in society are the best way to understand a civilization, it’s a progress and its shortcomings. In case of India, women have come a long way from women advisors and scholars in the Rig Vedic period to women in the armed forces, IT sector, politics, industry and other significant areas while balancing their role as a daughter, wife and mother. This journey towards modernization has not been easy. Women have had to fight the traditional Indian male-dominated society to emerge as stronger and independent entities. While all these are positive developments, cases of rape, harassment at workplace and dowry deaths are rampant. Illiteracy and ignorance about their rights are still prevalent among a majority of the women. It is in this background this paper has focused on the history, status, development of women and their empowerment in India from a historical point of view. As well as this paper attempts to analyses the status of Women Empowerment in India from Ancient times to Modern times and highlights the issues and challenges of Women Empowerment

The big distinction among authentic and fictional narratives is based mostly on a author’s cause. ABSTRACT

स्वातंत्र्यपूर्व व स्वातंत्र्योत्तर कालखंडामध्ये अहमदनगर जिल्ह्यातील कम्युनिस्ट चळवळीने शेतकरी वर्गाचे प्रश्न सोडवण्यासाठी महत्त्वपूर्ण असे योगदान दिले. शेतकऱ्यांचे प्रश्न सोडवण्यासाठी प्रामुख्याने स्वातंत्र्यपूर्व काळात ब्रिटिश सरकार, सावकार, जमीनदार या घटकांना विरोध केला. तर स्वातंत्र्योत्तर काळामध्ये सरकारच्या दडपशाहीच्या धोरणास विरोध करून शेतकऱ्यांचे प्रश्न सोडवण्यासाठी कम्युनिस्ट चळवळीने उल्लेखनीय स्वरूपाची भूमिका बजावल्याचे दिसून येते.इ.स १९६२  च्या चीन, भारत युद्धानंतर कम्युनिस्ट पक्षात वैचारिक मतभेद होऊन फुट पडली. प्रामुख्याने इ.स १९६२ नंतर कम्युनिस्ट चळवळीस देश पातळीवरूनच उतरती कळा लागल्याचे दिसते. त्याचे पडसाद हे महाराष्ट्र राज्य व अहमदनगर जिल्ह्यातही उमटल्याचे दिसून येते. या काळात चळवळीचे स्वरूप मंदावण्यास सुरुवात झाली असली तरी शेतकरी व कामगार वर्गाचे प्रश्न सोडवण्यासाठी कम्युनिस्ट चळवळीने कार्य केलेले दिसते. कॉ. वसंतराव तुळपुळे, कॉ. विश्वनाथ पाटील कर्डिले, कॉ. आचपळराव लांडे, कॉ. सातपुते मामा, कॉ. कमलाबाई भागवत, कॉ. राजाराम पाटील, कॉ. लांडे पाटील, कॉ. शशिकांत कुलकर्णी,  अण्णासाहेब शिंदे, कॉ. माधवराव गायकवाड. कृष्णा पवार, कॉ. बाळासाहेब नागवडे, कॉ. बी. के. देशमुख, कॉ. रामभाऊ नागरे, कॉ. बाबुराव थोरात, भास्करराव गलांडे, या कम्युनिस्ट चळवळीतील कार्यकर्त्यांनी महत्त्वाची भूमिका बजावली.

ABSTRACT

      सम्पूर्ण एशिया में लोकतंत्र की परंपरा नहीं थी | एशिया में लोकतंत्र का पहला प्रयोग १९११ में डॉ सन येत सेनने चीन में किया था | पर यह पहला प्रयोग ज्यादा सफल नहीं हुआ लोकतंत्र का पौधा चीन की धरती पर टिक नहीं सका | बीसवी सदी में एशिया  के अधिकांश देश प्रत्यक्ष अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से पश्चिमी देशो के अधीन थे | पश्चिमी देशो के संपर्क कारन एशियाई देशो को आधुनिक लोकतंत्र का प्रथम परिचय हुआ | कुछ देशोने लोकतंत्र को अपनी जमीं पर मजबूत करने का प्रयास करते हुए अपने लोगोको  लोकतंत्र का महत्व समझाने का प्रयास करते हुए स्वाधीनता आन्दोलन उसी तरह संचालित किया गया | उस देश में भारत की गणना होती है | पर कुछ देशो में लोकतांत्रिक शासन प्रणाली विदेशी शासन प्रणाली होने के कारन उसको नकारने की पुरजोर कोशिश की गई |

ABSTRACT

प्राचीन कालखंडापासून भारत हा एक कृषी प्रधान देश म्हणून ओळखला जातो. प्राचीन कालखंडामध्ये भारताचा व्यापार तसेच कृषिजन्य पिके यांचा व्यापार प्राचीन व मध्ययुगीन युरोप सोबत भरभराटीचा आलेला होता याची अनेक दाखले इंडिका, पेरीप्लस, एरीथ्रियन सी, प्लीनी इ. ग्रंथ तसेच लेखकांच्या प्रवासवर्णनांवरून स्पष्टपणे दिसून येते. आधुनिक भारतावर जवळपास 150 वर्ष ब्रिटिशांनी भारतावर राज्य केले. स्वातंत्र्याची चळवळ शहरी व ग्रामीण भागामध्ये दूरपर्यंत पोहोचविण्यामध्ये महात्मा गांधी यांचे योगदान अनन्यसाधारण आहे. सन 1915 साली 9  जानेवारी रोजी महात्मा गांधी दक्षिण आफ्रिकेहून भारतात आल्यानंतर नामदार गोपाल कृष्ण गोखले यांच्या आदेशावरून गांधीजींनी सुमारे एक वर्ष भारत भ्रमण केले. यावेळी महात्मा गांधीजींनी भारताचा ग्रामीण भाग अतिशय जवळून पाहिला व अनुभवल. आधुनिक भारताच्या सुधारणेबाबत गांधीजींनी व्यक्त केलेले आर्थिक विकासाबाबत, सामाजिक विकासाबाबत, ग्रामीण विकासाबाबतचे विचार तसेच सत्याग्रह, अहिंसा, सर्वोदय, स्वदेशी, बहिष्कार, आणि खेड्याकडे चला याबाबतचे सतविचार हे उद्याच्या नव्या पिढीला दिशादर्शक ठरू शकतात. गरज इतकीच की या  महासत्तेच्या वाटेवरून जाताना आणि तत्कालीन राष्ट्रपती डॉ.ए.पी.जे अब्दुल कलाम यांचे स्वप्न साकार करण्यासाठी शहरांच्या विकासाबरोबरच ग्रामीण विकासाकडे (खेड्याच्या विकासाकडे) लक्ष देण्याचे कारण भारत शहरात नसून खेड्यातच आहे.
