Now the clones are produced so there is no need of women. It shows total extermination of womanhood. It is one step ahead of discrimination. It is not the issue of gender-discrimination but female gender and related to it for example names, memories, things, places all are destroyed. It is the cruellest. PRADYUMNA KUMAR PATTNAIK
NIRANJAN MISHRA

ABSTRACT

This paper is to look at the impact of second order slip flow on MHD boundary layer flow of micropolar fluid past a stretching sheet. The administering non-direct conditions were decreased into coupled non-straight higher order standard differential condition by utilizing fitting comparably changes. At that point numerical methodology has been dealt with to illuminate the differential conditions. We have utilized Runge-Kutta fourth order strategy with shooting procedure to fathom the ODEs and utilized MATLAB programming to drawing diagrams of velocity, temperature and microrotation profiles for various benefits of administering parameters. Likewise varieties of the skin grating coefficient and nearby Nusselt number are demonstrated graphically with the end goal to watch the physical unsettling influences in the profiles. The outcomes show that the skin friction coefficient increases as the estimations of slip parameter  increase. However, the local Nusselt number decreases as both slip parameters  and  increase. Excellent agreement observed with previous study.

A DUAL ROLE OF WOMAN: A SOCIAL CONCLUSION

DR. HIREN J. BAROT

ABSTRACT

Increase in education, migration, sense of equality, democracy, modernization, and values have encouraged women to step out of the home to play equal role with male. Adivasi woman don’t have heard the word gender equality but modernization and constant touch of elite society have impressed them to go this way. Still women do a job to earn is not sustained in male dominated era. There role is limited to bring up children, helping in animal husbandry, and perform social customs. Ina ancient time woman’s role was nearly equal to that of male but in medieval era it has put many restrictions upon them. Such a restriction made their role in limitation. To do house work, bring up children, preparing food are their major work during the day. The limited work kept them away from earning which later on sidelined and made dependent to male.  Economic and physical exploitation of women start from this time. Now a time has healed their solution and has entered to new era of their own choice.

LOVE AND THE INTELLECTUAL WOMAN

DR. CHHAYA R. SUCHAK

ABSTRACT

The concept of modern feminism, seemingly arrived in America overnight some two or more decades ago. But this overnight discovery of feminism was based on a long period of maturing and nurturing. Probably the reason why the build up was not easily apparent was because it was mostly the effort of individuals of different times, perceptions and approaches to the problem of women’s emancipation. Looking back today on the history of the feminine revolution is like going on a trip into a past which, as we rediscover it, makes us realise that there were enough hints, clues and signals in the books, moves, articles and conferences/demonstrations all of which, at the time of their occurrence,  could not be seen in their holistic entirety.
