PHARMACEUTICAL PATENTING IN INDIA- PROBLEM OF PUBLIC ACCESS TO HEALTH

ABSTRACT

There are a couple of regulations that immediate Patents, similar to patent insurance, growing the presence of a patent, reducing patentability standards, and loosening up patent protection to troublesome things increase forcing plans of action. In addition, the patent owners embrace frameworks to expand the degree of the patent to procure additional licenses which secure the essential component of the medicine. Clinical benefits costs are rapidly growing in India. This country, for this examination, is considered similar to a representative of the non-modern country furthermore, made country separately. The Patent Act, 1970 was changed a few times to get it similarity with the arrangements of TRIPS understanding. Consequently, the review made under this paper computes the potential outcomes of making and executing to build admittance to reasonable medication with specific lawful commitments in India.

A JOURNEY FROM EDIFYING CRITICAL THINKING TO PROBLEM-SOLVING

ABSTRACT

Instruction and practice are required to develop critical thinking skills. An educationalist at the institution can develop pupils' critical thinking by following some suggestive measures: 1. In place of lectures and memorization, it incorporates active learning strategies. 2. It utilizes techniques to assess students that provide an intellectual challenge instead of memory recall in the assessment process. 3. Rather than focusing on the content It centers on instruction in the learning process. A number of factors can inhibit critical thinking instruction. Lack of training, limited resources, preconceived notions, and time constraints all act against critical thinking. Furthermore, teachers may help students develop their critical thinking skills by actively involving them in project-based and collaborative activities, modelling the thought process, and employing effective questioning tactics. Students consume information rather than receive it. The article argues that rather than the dominant paradigm, a shift in pedagogy and curriculum is required that emphasises critical thinking and problem solving within the social construct.

ABSTRACT

In the context of the marginalized communities, globally, many terms have been used such as Anti–Discrimination, Affirmative Action, Reverse Discrimination, Equal opportunities, Quota System and Equal Rights Policy. In the context of Dalit and marginalized communities who have suffered centuries of ignominy, deprivation, exploitation and oppression of every possible kind, rehabilitation measure taken by any agency cannot nullify and negate their bitter past. This paper looks into the two states of Telugu speaking people, the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States and argues that restoring their dignity is possible by educational rehabilitation and economic empowerment to a certain extent. First half of my paper examines the aspect of education as seen through the model of schools under TSWREIS in Telangana. The Government of India soon after it became a Republic created a system of reservations system based on their caste. This allowed many from the deprived classes to get admission into government schools, colleges and institutions and also reserved a percentage of jobs in public sector for these sections.

ARTISTIC AND FEMINIST SENSIBILITIES IN MANTEL’S WOLF HALL AND WOOLF’S A CHANGE OF PERSPECTIVE

ABSTRACT

Due to its focus on feminine themes like love, passion, and domestic intrigues, historical fiction has long been a favourite among female writers. The treatment of accuracy has served as the litmus test for historical fiction. Sir Walter Scott brought the genre back to life, but the feminist discourse of today suggests that his books were primarily written with a male audience in mind. As a result, gendered distinction was strongly established by the acceptance of Walter Scott's works. Additionally, it promoted the mythical connections between women, romance, and the function of accuracy being limited to story devices.  All of her brothers and half-brothers have college degrees, but the females do not. Woolf was interested in how women were educated.

REVERBERATIONS OF J S MILL'S THE SUBJECTION OF WOMEN IN VICTORIAN LITERATURE AND TWENTIETH CENTURY FEMINIST TEXTS

ABSTRACT

This paper discusses the impact of J S Mill’s seminal text The Subjection of Women in the development of the feminist discourse in Victorian Fiction as well as early twentieth century feminist criticism especially in the writings of Virginia Woolf and Elaine Showalter.  It also proves with evidence from the Victorian novels like The Mill on the Floss  and Jane Eyre.  The paper also tries to prove that Mill was a visionary in terms of emancipation of women and that he was the bedrock upon which much of the Feminist discourse exists today.

SUPERSTITIONS AND IGNORANCE IN KHUSHWANT SINGH'S NOVELS AND SHORT STORIES

ABSTRACT

Khushwant Singh is a significant Indian English short story writer in the contemporary World. He is a versatile genius with various achievements as an excellent historian, outstanding novelist, straight forward political commentator, lively translator a fantastic observer and a social critic. Singh a short story writer par excellence is arguably one of the most eminent authors occupying a distinguished position in the history of Indo-Anglian literature. He appeared on the literary scene of India with the publication of his short story collection, The Mark of Vishnu and other stories 1951. He became popular with his first novel, Train to Pakistan, which got him name and fame.  The present paper highlights the superstitions and ignorance in the Indian society in the short stories, ‘The Mark of Vishnu,’ and  ‘The Mulberry Tree.’ It also highlights the superstitions of the people in the novels, Train to Pakistan and .I Shall Not Hear the Nightingale.

ANALYZING COMPUTERS' CONTRIBUTION TO HIGHER EDUCATION LEARNING

This study is based on the research done for undergraduate students to examine the extent of using computer by them on daily basis in their study. The data is collected from the students who are computer friendly. The structured questionnaire was used to collect data. The study focuses on finding the core activities done by students with the help of computer. The findings of study include: 1. The students use computer for their study purpose and non-academic purpose. 2. The students were adopting paper base approach as well as internet and computer base approach for their study. They were keener towards paper-base approach. Further, the study explains the reasons of using paper base approach and using computer for nonacademic purpose more. The study can be used by higher education institute / universities and government to make their policies for higher education accordingly.

मराठेकालीन बलुतेदारी

ABSTRACT

मराठेकालीन वतनदारी ही मुलत: सामाजिक व आर्थिक स्वरूपाची संस्था आहे.वतनदार व्यक्तीची राजकीय सामाजिक व आर्थिक प्रतिष्ठा वतनावरती अवलंबून असल्यामुळे वतनाच्या मोहातून कुणीही सुटलेला नव्हता. ज्यामध्ये परगणे, वतनदार, गाव वतनदार, पेठेचे वतनदार, इतरही वतनदार त्यांची निर्मिती, त्यांचा व्यवसाय, धंदा, परंपरा, धार्मिक विधी, जात कारणामुळे निर्माण झाली असावी. मराठेकालीन वतनदार वेगवेगळ्या विभागात येत असल्यामुळे मराठी प्रशासन हे सरंजामशाही व्यवस्थेचे प्रतीकच होते.कारण वतनदार हे कृषी उत्पादनावर अवलंबून असायचे.मराठे कालीन कृषी समाजात जातीव्यवस्थेचाही समावेश होता. यामध्ये मिरासदार, उपरी बलुतेदार, अलुतेदार यांचा प्रत्यक्षात वतनदार म्हणून देखील उल्लेख येतो. ग्रामपातळीवर प्रशासकीय विभागात हे अधिकारी म्हणून कार्य करताना दिसतात. ‘बलुतेदारी व अलुतेदारीही पद्धत गाव स्तरावर अत्यंत महत्त्वपूर्ण अशी होती. म्हणून मराठेकालीन साम्राज्यात प्रशासनाच्या दृष्टीने बलुतेदारीत्यांचे स्थान, महत्व, दर्जा, याविषयी चर्चा करण्याचा मुख्य उद्देश आहे.

साहित्य निर्मितीसाठी प्रतिभा प्रेरणा व परिश्रम यांचा अनुबंध

ABSTRACT

          साहित्याच्या अभ्यासात साहित्य निर्मितीची प्रक्रिया कशी असते, या प्रश्नाला प्राचीन काळापासून आजवर अभ्यासकांनी महत्त्वाचे स्थान दिले आहे. सर्वसामान्य वाचकाला या बाबतीत कुतूहल असते काय, या प्रश्नाचे नेमके उत्तर देणे कठीण आहे. वाचकांचा संबंध कलाकृतीशी, तिच्या आस्वादाशी असतो. साहित्यकृती वाचताना किंवा वाचून झाल्यावर ती आवडली किंवा नाही याबद्दल अनुकूल किंवा प्रतिकुल असे; मत वाचकाचे होत असतेच. सर्वसामान्य वाचक यशस्वी कलाकृतीमुळे प्रभावित होतो आणि न आवडलेल्या साहित्य-कृतीबद्दल नाराजी व्यक्त करतो. ज्या साहित्यकृतीने आपणास प्रभाविक केले, आपले मन भारून टाकले ती लेखकाने कशी निर्माण केली असेल ते समजून घेण्याची उत्सुकता त्याच्या मनात निर्माण होते. आपणास जे आवडते पण जे आपण निर्माण  करू शकत नाही ते दुसर्‍याने कोणत्या गुणविशेषांमुळे निर्माण केले असेल, हे ही त्याला समजून घ्यावेसे वाटते. अशा अभ्यासू वाचकाच्या जिज्ञासू व्यक्तीतूनच कलेच्या निर्मिती प्रक्रियेचा शोध सुरू होतो. काही वेळा असेही घडते की, ज्याने कलाकृती निर्माण केली त्याला स्वत:लाच कादंबरी आपणास कशी सुचली, अमूक एखादे नाटक आपण कसे लिहिले अशा प्रकारची वर्णन पुष्कळदा लेखकाने केलेली दिसतात. कलानिर्मितीच्या क्षणी आपण कोणत्या नेमक्या अवस्थेत होतो, आपली मन:स्थिती काय होती हे काही जणांना तपशीलवार सांगता येते असे दिसते. काहीजणांना निर्मितीच्या त्या क्षणी काहीतरी अपूर्व जाणवलेले असते; पण ते जसेच्या तसे सांगता मात्र येत नाही ! काही लेखक आपण विशिष्ट लेखन कसे केले याबद्दल काहीच सांगू शकत नाहीत, तर काही तसे सांगणे हेतुपुरस्सरच टाळतात. या सर्व कारणामुळे कलानिर्मितीचा व्यापार कसा असतो, कलावंतांच्या ठिकाणी अशी कोणती विशेष गुणवत्ता असते, या गोष्टी काहीशा गूढ बनतात. त्यामुळे या प्रश्नाचे अभ्यासकांना  विशेषच आकर्षण वाटते. कलाकृतीच्या निर्मितीप्रक्रियेच्या उलगडा झाला तर कलाकृतीच्या आस्वादाला ते उपकारक ठरते, अशीही अनेकांची भूमिका असते.
