ABSTRACT

The demonetization of the highest denomination currency notes is part of several measures undertaken by the government to address tax evasion, counterfeit currency and funding of illegal activities. The requirement to deposit currency notes in excess of specified limits directly into bank accounts has resulted in the declaration of hitherto unaccounted income, subject to higher tax and other penalties. India has one of the highest levels of currencies in circulation at over 12% of GDP and of this hot cash of 87% is in the form of Rs.500 and Rs.1,000 notes. Globally, this is not unusual as the central banks of several countries pump massive amounts of cash into the economy, mostly in very large denominations. Facilitating faster payment services.  The payments eco-system in the country provides multiple options to different segments of users for funds transfer as well as for making payments in exchange of value for goods and services. With increasing adoption of electronic payments, particularly those driving e-commerce and m-commerce, there is a growing demand for faster payment services which, in turn, facilitate ease in doing financial transactions.

The present paper makes a modest attempt to analyze the provisions of the Constitutional framework of Legal Rights Beggars in India. It is fact a humble attempt to scrutinize the provision from the angle of social, economic and political justice which as Beggars in India. The paper has outlined the provision of Constitutional Rights and, other acts related to the Beggars in India. The present paper makes efforts to bring into the notice that state are really fulfill the Constitutional commitment for availing the safeguard and welfare measure to the Beggars in India. For this purpose, the secondary data from books, articles, journal, newspaper etc. have been used.

ABSTRACT

As per global consent that Urbanization and cost effectiveness are the two sides of one coin. Middle level villages are diverted towards the urbanization vastly since previous some years Global urban population being only three per cent in 1800, 13 per cent in 1900 and 30 per cent in 1950 has crossed 50 per cent mark in the year 2007. As per concern with urbanization in India lot of the cities are increases as hasty as possible without appropriate civilization. This paper concentrates on progress of Nagpur city and its urbanization with various foremost supporting bodies. Nagpur is one of the second level metro Politian city in India, whose population also increases rapidly but has necessitate to cover up some drawbacks also concentrate on fundamental improvements. This historical city was now going to be smart with various schemes which were applied for strong, maximization (maximum throughput), arty, reliable and transportable (SMART).

ABSTRACT

भक्ति-काव्य मध्य युग की सबसे बड़ी देन है | लगभग तीन सौ वर्षों से भी ज्यादा समय तक चले इस भक्ति-आंदोलन में भक्ति की जो अन्तर्धाराएँ प्रवाहित हुई इनमें निर्गुण-भक्ति का अपना विशेष महत्त्व है | कबीर निर्गुण पंथ के प्रमुख आधारस्तंभ हैं | कबीर द्वारा प्रवर्तित निर्गुण पंथ सहज भक्ति का मार्ग प्रशस्त करता है , जिसमें वर्ग, वर्ण , धर्म ,जाति और संप्रदाय का कोई महत्त्व नहीं होता –“ जाति पांति पूछे नहीं कोइ , हरि को भजे सो हरि का होइ |” कबीर का जन्म विधवा ब्राह्मणी से हुआ था और पालन-पोषण नीरू एवं नीमा नामक जुलाहा दंपति द्वारा हुआ था | कबीर अनपढ़ थे , किन्तु जगत को उन्हों ने खुली आँखों से देखा-परखा था | वे कहते हैं –“ मैं कहता हौं आँखिन की देखी , तू कहता कागद की लेखी |” अत: उनकी बानियों में जीवनानुभवों से प्राप्त सत्य का साक्षात्कार होता है | यही करण है कि लगभग छ: सौ वर्ष पूर्व कही-लिखी गई कबीर की बानियाँ आज भी इतनी ही प्रासंगिक है |

ABSTRACT

भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था शेतीवर अवलंबून आहे. शेती हा इथला मुख्य व्यवसाय आहे. देशाला समृद्ध करण्यासाठी आजही शेती हाच आधार मानला जातो मात्र काळ बदला, औद्दोगीकरण व शहराकडे धाव यातून शेती व्यवसाय मागे पडत चालल्याने चित्र पहावयास मिळते. शेतीत कष्ट करणे आता फारसे प्रतिष्ठेचे राहिले नाही. याची जाणीव नव्या पिढिला झाल्याने त्यांनी शेती पेक्षा इतर व्यवसायाकडे धाव घेतल्याचे दिसते, शेती हा व्यवसाय आतबट्ट्याचा  ठरत असल्याने शेती कसायला कोणी धजावत नाही. निसर्गाचा लहरीपणा, उत्पन्नाचा बेभरवसा, उत्पन्न व भाव यांचा ताळमेळ न बसने त्यातून कर्जबाजारी होणे व पुढे आत्महत्ये  पर्यंत मजल जाने ही शेतकऱ्यांची आजची शोकांतिका आहे.
