Training is a process of learning a sequence
of programmed behavior. It is application of knowledge. It gives people an
awareness of the rules and procedures of rules and procedures to prepare them
for an intended job. Every organization needs to have well trained and
experienced people to perform the activities that have to be done. Development
is a related process. This paper will help to identify training need for
employees at Ranbaxy. It covers not only those activities which improve job
performance but also those which bring about growth of personality help
individuals in the progress towards maturity and actualization of their
potential capabilities so that they become not only good employees but better
men and women. In today’s 21st century organization it is identified
why training is important and how employees are motivated through training.

the above development project to support the community with due respect and

Ramayana is one of the two greatest ancient
epics of India. Sita , the female character portrayed in this epic is not just
a character who represents female gender in an epic, but, she is considered as
an emblem of female and spousal virtues which is still believed in India. This
paper focuses on the aspect that the two different way of portrayal by two
different writers of India. One is Kambar, an ancient Tamil poet who lived in
12th century and the other one is Amish Tripathi , a famous living
writer in Maharashtra ,India. According to Kambar’s Ramayana( in Tamil) which
is also known as Ramavataram, Sita is known for her extraordinary beauty and
desirable feminine nature whereas the same Sita is portrayed in a different
light as fearless warrior of Mithila in Amish Tripathi’s Sita: Warrior of
Mithila .

In the present scenario, many writers want to
be a racist and most people would like to present the darker side of the
Blacks, because race and racism are elemental and doomed parts of our culture
and social history. Especially, people will become colour blind when it comes
to matters of race. During the beginning stages, White people controlled the
entire life of Black people.The novelist Harriet Ann Jacobs examined the contrastelements
that happened to the Blacksand Whites through herautobiographical novel,
Incidents in The Life of a Slave Girl which deals with the disparity between
two different things were considered as Dichotomy elements.It also
explicatesthe darkest side of Black women who experienced double
marginalization as Black and as women in her novel. This paper presents the condition of race and
gender under the condition of positive or negative outcomes.

The
small scale industries play a vital role in the growth of the country. It
contributes almost 40% of the gross industrial value added in the Indian
economy. By less capital intensive and high labour absorption nature, SSI
sector has made considerable contribution to employment generation and also
rural industrialization. Under the changing economic scenario, SSI has to face
number of diverse problems like vast population, large scale un-employment and
underemployment and scarcity of capital resources and the like. Hence, the
government has been providing some special facilities through different
policies and programs to overcome the problems and for the growth and
development of small scale industries.Over the past six decades the sector has
been highly vibrant and dynamic. It has acquired a prominent place in the
socio-economic development of the country. Mostly this sector exhibited
positive growth trends even during periods when other sectors of the economy
experienced either negative or nominal growth. It is a well-recognized fact
that a vibrant Small - Scale Sector holds the key to economic prosperity in an
economy like India. However, SSI has been facing multiple problems, which make
them uncompetitive and sick. In such a context, this paper attempts to
highlight the importance of SSI in Indian economy, policies of SSIs and
problems of SSIs in Indian Economy.

मंडळीत सामील व्हावे परंतु आता तुम्ही हे विचाराल 'मी
कोणत्या मंडळीत जावे' ह्याचे
योग्य उत्तर देवाच्या वचनाशिवाय कोठेही आढळणार नाही,
पवित्रशास्त्र तुम्हांस मार्गदर्शन करील व तुम्हांस
स्थानिक मंडळी कोठे आहे दाखवील की जेथे विश्वासणाऱ्याची मदत लाभेल,
या
जगात ख्रिस्ताच्या अस्तित्वाचा आनंद इतर ख्रिस्ती जणांच्या सहवासात व सहभागीतेत व
ज्या मंडकीत तुम्ही जावे यावर अवलंबून आहे.

मंडळी ही देवाच्या राज्याची प्रतिछाया, आणि
ख्रिस्ताची प्रतिबिंब आहे. ज्या
मंडळीत स्वतः देवाचा वास आहे. आणि
जी पवित्रशास्त्र आणि पवित्र आत्म्याचा मार्गदर्शनाखाली संचालित होत असते,
ज्यात पाळकांची हुकूमशाही नाही तर ख्रिस्ताची
सार्वभौमकता आहे. ख्रिस्त
शीर आहे तर पाळक, विश्वासी,
उपदेशक, प्रेषित,
भविष्यवक्ता, शिक्षक,
हे त्याचे प्रमुख अंग आहे.
देवाच्या मंडळीत सर्व लोकानी आत्म्याचा एकच प्याला
पिललेला असून. वचनाने
ते रोज तृप्त होत असतात. मंडळींचा
नागरिक हा पवित्र असून त्याचे परिपूर्ण तारण झालेले असते.
मी कोणत्या मंडळीत सामील व्हावे,
ख्रिस्त सांगतो मी माझी मंडळी खडकावर (पेत्रावर
)स्थापिन आणि अंधकाराचे अधिकार त्यावर वहन होणार नाही.

मंडळीवर अंधकारांच्या शक्तीचे काहीही चालणार नाही,
जी मंडळी या वचनाच्या कसोटीवर उतरते त्या मंडळीत आपण
सामील होऊ शकतात. मंडळींचा
शीर ख्रिस्त आहे. आता
काही मंडळीत पाळक हा शीर बनून बसलेला आहे,
अधिकारप्राप्तीची सर्व सूत्रे तो संचालित करतो.
आशा मंडळीत जर विश्वाशी लोकांचा स्वातंत्र्यावर गदा
येत असेल तर ती मंडळी ख्रिस्ताची नाही. जी
मंडळी ट्रीनिटी आणि तसेच पवित्रशास्त्र वचनाची पायमल्ली करून आपले अस्तित्व
भौतिकरित्या संचालित करत असते, ती
मंडळी आपल्या खोट्या तत्त्वांनी भरलेली असून तिला देवाचा,
पवित्र आत्म्याचा आणि शास्त्राचा आधार नाही.
ती खोट्या पंथाची जननी आहे.
त्या मंडळी पासून दूर राहा.
ख्रिस्ताची मंडळी ख्रिस्तात पूर्ण आहे आपल्या
अस्तित्वात नाही.
