ABSTRACT

Entrepreneurs are the soul of economy and it has tremendous importance in modern times. Being an entrepreneur is not only just starting a business but also it is about having attitude and the drive to succeed in business. All successful Entrepreneurs have a similar way of thinking and posses several key personal qualities that make them so successful in business. Successful entrepreneurs like the ambitious Richard Branson have an inner drive to succeed and grow their business, rather than having a Harvard Business degree or technical knowledge in a particular held.  This research paper discuss about the Role of Entrepreneur in Indian Economy. Further this paper talks about the characteristics of successful entrepreneur.

ABSTRACT

Sociology is distinguished as a discipline by its focus on social structure: persisting patterns of behaviour and interaction between people or social positions. Thus, a major concern of sociological social psychology must be the relation of social structue to individual psychology and behaviour, or what has traditionally been termed the study of social structure and personality. During the formative years of modern sociology and social psychology, social structure and personality was a recognized and recognizable area of specialization; and toward the end of this period Inkeles provided several programmatic statements on the nature of and major issues in the study of social structure and personality. For a variety of reasons, however, social structure and personality, as a  coherent body of substance and methods within sociology or the interdisciplinary field of social psychology, has more recently become somewhat dissipated.

ABSTRACT

According to this theory social change occurs in a straight line like the flight of the bird Society incessantly proceeds towards definite aims. These aims of social progress are predetermined. Nature,  fate or God has already determined them. Though the process of change may sometimes appear to waver but society always proceeds towards them. Historical accidents are helpful in this progress. Social change theory of Karl Marx is a Unilinear deterministic theory. Contemporary thinkers do not accept determinism or Unilinear movement.
