Yajnavalkya is a well-known personality in the
Sanskrit Literature. He is mentioned in the Vedas and Mahabharata. He has contributed a lot in the
Dharmashastra. It is said that he was a
wise man in the court of Janaka of Mithila.
The code of holy law is known after his name as Yajnavalkya-Smriti. Yajnavalkya-Smriti is later than
Manu-Smriti. The Yajnavalkya-Smriti has
three Chapters viz. Acharadhyaya, Vyavaharadhyaya and Prayascchittadhyaya. Yajnavalkya-Smriti was considered as an ideal
code of conduct. Purified than that of the Manu-Smriti. It is evident from this Smriti that man was
treating women as his personal property because of dominance of Pitrusattak
system in society. The condition of
women was very deplorable and difficult.
There is mention of very hard rules for the women and had few rights and
had no desire. They were discriminated
on the basis of gender.

A startup is typically construed to
be a new venture in a hi-tech area. Again this might be a very restricted
definition and clearly does not encompass new ventures in very traditional
areas. Typically most startups are founded by student’s right after college or
young professionals. The sad part of startups in India is that most founders
typically sacrifice their career, earnings, personal life, and professional
aspirations to create something that in an overwhelming majority of
cases fails (for the statistics, read the last paragraph). This study is
to highlight some of thoughts on why most Indian startups fail, and look at
possible solutions to this problem. Currently, India ranks 66th on the Global
Innovation Index (GII) list, which is 41 places behind China. China is long
ahead than the India its 25 years ahead in all type of technologies such as
building and construction, electronics and mechanical technology. The GII
report said India has the ingredients needed to become a global driver of innovation,
including market potential, talent pool and an underlying culture of frugal
innovation, but “relative weaknesses exist in the indicators for business
environment, education expenditures, new business creations and the creative
goods and services production.”

attributes of livestock products include dairy and dairy-based products.
Biotechnology has applied to food processing in most developing countries makes
use of microbial inoculants to enhance properties such as the taste, aroma,
shelf-life, consistency, and nutritional value of foods/dairy products.
Probiotic food products are a rapidly growing area of functional food, as found
to be robustly accepted by the consumers. However, the food industry is looking
for to produce diverse varieties of probiotic foods other than dairy products
with prospective health benefits. In this review, the broad array of available
dairy foods, by-product waste utilization of dairy and dairy processing
challenges the microbiologist, engineer and technologist to find the best ways
to prevent the entry of microorganisms, destroy those that do get in along with
their enzymes and prevent the growth and activities of those that escape
processing treatments. Various food matrices, dairy, and non-dairy, have been
used with probiotics, by-product wastes utilization and were briefly
acknowledged.
