By definition any mathematical form of a single and several variable
functions can represent a distribution function if it can satisfy the four
basic conditions namely non-negative, non-decreasing, and continuous to the
right with total probability being one.
This has given birth to many mathematical forms and the earlier attempts
on rainfall analysis have screened many and the only two left are the Gamma
distribution and the Weibull distribution of which the Weibull distribution is
the generalized form of the Gamma distribution. In extremely arid regions the Gamma
distribution is found to fit well. In
the other regions Gamma Weibull log normal and exponential distributions were
attempted and the right skewed is used.
For each possible distribution the selection criteria was the value of
chi-square minimum.

This paper aims at protecting environment envisaging the forthcoming
problems of it. We find in our surrounding that house, offices, ponds,
channels, canals, rivers, and seas are being polluted for throwing of litters
and emergence of industries, dust, smoke and gases etc. These absorb the energy
sent by lord sun on the earth. The energy is permanent. It can neither destroy
nor go back to the sun. It starts warming globally causing the melt of snow at
Antarctica and Himalaya mountains. This melting invites destructive problems
for existence of the earth and demands its protection. It aims at eliminating
or minimising diseases with the help of nature through the nature poets.

Lifelong learning requires a deeper understanding of the co-evolutionary processes between fundamental human activities and their relationships and interdependencies with new media. It requires progress and an integration of new theories, innovative systems, practices, and assessment. To make lifelong learning an important part of human life, new intellectual spaces, physical spaces, organizational forms, and reward structures need to be created that allow individuals, groups, and organizations to personally engage in and experience these new forms as risk takers who use their creativity and imagination to explore alternative ways of learning.
